HAYABUSA-CHO
Our design for this office building located in the heart of Tokyo responded to the typical 'crayon' typology due to its tiny plot. On a site of 150sqm was extruded 10 floors to provide maximum office space allowed by the authorities. Its simple design features a raw formed reinforced concrete wall on the east side to protect from direct sun exposure and 2 fully glazed curtain walls at north and south providing a perfected naturally lit working environment. Some blue translucent glazed panels are located at the front balconies participating in the branding image of the building.
